Dear teachers, I would like to ask for your advice. Our company uses a large amount of palm fatty acids, and the biggest challenge at present is the unloading process. I hope you can offer some guidance. The transportation method is via containerized liquid bags; palm fatty acids can melt at temperatures above 45°C. I would appreciate some guidance from the teachers.

What’s the problem? You didn’t clarify how it should be packaged. If it’s in bags, hot water can be used; if it’s in cans, a coiled tube can be added.
A partition is designed in the cone-bottomed large tank, equipped with a bottom discharge valve. Upon arrival, the material is damaged as much as possible while still in a solid state, and then stacked on partitions; steam is introduced to heat it, causing it to liquefy. The liquid then flows by gravity to the bottom of the tank, where it is removed using a rotary pump or a screw pump.
