If the bearing temperature is high, it is necessary to analyze the concentricity, fit tolerances, axial force on the equipment, and the clearance of the gland For labyrinth seals, it is necessary to consider whether the oil return holes are unobstructed, as well as the width and depth of the labyrinth grooves. It’s best to take a few photos to make a judgment! Reducing the gap may not work! If that doesn’t work, switch to a bearing protector or magnetic seal!
Also, check whether the stomatal covers are unobstructed! Oil level height!

What specific device is it? Is it lubricated with light oil or grease? Make the bearing cover water-cooled, or replace it with a bearing housing equipped with water-cooled coils or a water-cooled jacket!
