1: Check the spring. 2: Feel the spring’s rebound with your hand before installing it； 3: Is the material blocking the spring, preventing it from functioning properly? ； 4. What is the clearance size between the rotating ring and the inner wall of the metal component? If it is too small, it is also prone to getting stuck.
What is the extent of the damage? Have you used products from other manufacturers before? If several manufacturers do this, then design issues need to be considered

Check for any damaged areas, or minor defects of that kind. If not, check the fit; it’s possible that too little allowance was left during processing, and vibrations during operation caused jamming.

Is the medium dirty? Is the elasticity of the spring or bellows sufficient? Dirty media can also lead to insufficient compensation. Was the flushing interrupted? Is the rinse solution clean? If it’s a single spring, you can try using multiple springs, or go with an overall bellows design
