The first-stage cylinder of the reciprocating compressor in Shenyang is experiencing oscillation, with the amount of movement on the piston rod being as follows: as the piston moves towards the cylinder head, the reading on the gauge gradually increases, but it remains below 10 microns. However, when the piston reaches the end point at the cylinder head, the reading jumps from 95 to 20 (an increase in a clockwise direction). When the piston rod moves from the side of the cylinder head towards the crankshaft, the change in the gauge reading is less than 10 microns; but when it reaches the end point at the crankshaft, the reading jumps from 16 to 88 (a decrease in a counterclockwise direction). I would appreciate it if experts could help analyze what might be causing this issue
Measure the gap between the inner and outer points of the slide!
