Our unit uses a vacuum pump motor for coke gas recovery; it operates at 6000V and has a power rating of 220KW. The structure of the pulley on this motor is unknown. Initially, it was thought to be of the cone-shaped type, but knocking on the pulley had no effect, and heating it also did not work. I’m seeking advice from experts to determine what type of pulley this is and how to remove it The outermost shaft baffle has been removed

The interference is quite large; it should be possible to remove it by heating and applying force – don’t be afraid to use enough strength:lol:lol
It has keyways; positioning is likely achieved through the interference fit of the keys. Create a professional tool and deliver it right away
In my opinion, the screw rod should be installed in a tapered sleeve; currently, it’s not possible to separate the tapered sleeve from the pulley, as the pulley has been pushed inward and there is no response

Use a heavy-duty jack to press between the shaft and the ram, then heat the pulley with oxy-acetylene welding. Give it a try
The three holes with threads are set screw holes; by tightening the three screws, the cone sleeve can be separated from the pulley
That’s correct: use two hydraulic jacks to push the pulley backward, separate the wheel disc from the cone sleeve, and then pull the cone sleeve out. :handshake
