Please, experts in machinery, help me determine whether the bearings I purchased from SKF are genuine. I asked SKF to verify their authenticity, and they said they were genuine, but they refused to provide me with a verification report; they also refused to respond to my requests via email. Does anyone know the contact information for SKF’s brand protection department? Thank you all very much.
I think it’s fake; SKF doesn’t seem to sell the Explorer series in China, and any product with the word \"Explorer\" on it is, in my opinion, counterfeit

There are too many fake SKF products in China these days. Some dealers, once they build a closer relationship with their customers, will actively sell fake products, which can even come with certificates of origin. Even SKF’s headquarters staff are unable to tell the difference between genuine and fake products. However, fake products have much lower precision, a shorter lifespan, and it’s not possible to tell the difference just by looking at them

The packaging box doesn’t matter; what’s important is the inscription on the bearing
From personal experience, this is false. Because the outer packaging looks very rough. The printed patterns and text are not clear, and there is significant fading. The surface finish of the internal bearing is poor, resulting in darker markings. It’s like old bearings that are recycled and refurbished.
