The shaft bends properly in a cold state, but it doesn’t work under operating conditions (at certain temperatures) due to its excessive length.
You need to check what that positioning point is; if the rotating part is offset relative to that positioning point, it will cause uneven wear. As for that point, I think you should measure the position of the bearing in its free state
