Before installing a metal tube float flowmeter, it is necessary to check whether the pipeline is vibrating; if the pipeline vibrates, it will affect the movement of the float, resulting in inaccurate measurement results. After confirming that there is no vibration in the pipeline, the metal tube float flow meter should be installed vertically on the pipeline; if it is tilted, the meter will not be able to accurately display the height to which the float rises, and as a result it is impossible to calculate the area of the space above the float, preventing accurate measurement results. To determine the impurity components in the medium, if they are metal impurities, these will affect the movement of the float in a metal tube float flow meter during flow, exerting external forces; in more severe cases, chemical reactions may occur that render the float ineffective. Therefore, it is necessary to install filters with strong magnetic properties at this point to remove metal ions. When there are solid particulate impurities in the pipeline, these impurities impact the float as it moves, altering its motion trajectory and affecting the physical properties of the medium, which leads to inaccurate measurements.
