There are four holes on each side of the diaphragm of the middle short axis, which is asymmetrical. How can the data measured with a vernier caliper be accurate? The data may be biased in different locations. Please advise.

It should be symmetrical. You can measure separately. Measure the intermediate shaft first. Measure the diaphragm again

The number of large and small holes is the same, but the center distance of the holes of these two specifications is the same.
