It's caused by shaft eccentricity. Is the gearbox vibrating too much?
Yours should be a reducer, and the gears should have been repaired manually.
The shaft is eccentric, why are only these teeth damaged? Not much vibration.
Similar to a reducer. The gears have not been restored.
That means there should be a problem with the oil system control.

Incorrect meshing and uneven force on the tooth surface. Check the parallelism, center distance, tooth side clearance, etc. of the two axes.

Only 3 teeth are worn (note that it is abrasion)~~~and the wear locations are different, the degree of wear is different, and the wear marks are different~~~~~The most likely cause is wear after foreign matter is entrained on the tooth surface during operation~~~~There should also be marks on the mating teeth of the paired gears~~~After applying red red powder or other trace tracers, turn the gear shaft and look at the contact surface before talking about how to deal with it.~~
Even if this situation is repaired, the effect will not be very good.
