After the maintenance of the oxygen compressor was completed, a trial run was carried out; it’s not clear which component failed to remove oil thoroughly, but an accident occurred shortly after the compressor started operating! The valve and intake pipe evaporated in an instant!
Lack of care in work – a small mistake – can lead to enormous consequences.
An accident occurred shortly after starting the car; it probably wasn’t a fuel-related issue, right? Fuel would ignite and explode as soon as it comes into contact with oxygen. These days, high-pressure oxygen pumps are mostly used for pressurization instead of oxygen compressors; liquid oxygen pumps seem to be safer than oxygen compressors.
It burned up in an instant. My previous workplace also experienced similar accidents. After the maintenance was completed, it was caused by inadequate degreasing.
