The axial flow pump experiences high vibration

In our loop reactor setup, there is an axial flow pump. When the density of the medium decreases, the flow rate remains unchanged; vibration and power levels remain normal. However, when the density of the medium increases, the flow rate stays the same but vibration and power levels increase. The other pump, on the other hand, functions normally. Could there be a problem with the rotor of this pump?
There may be issues with the pump rotor or bearings, or it could be a motor failure
