First of all, I wish everyone a happy New Year. Temperatures have dropped in many places these past few days, so everyone in this forum should take care to stay warm! I’m seeking help from experts in motors and submersible pumps. I need to create an assembly diagram of a submersible pump; it doesn’t need to be highly detailed – a rough sketch will suffice. However, I need to include illustrations of the bearings for temperature measurement, the windings for temperature measurement, as well as the oil and water sensors. The wires also need to be connected to the terminals. I have no experience in this area at all; I don’t even know what these components look like. Therefore, I hope that those with relevant experience can provide me with some diagrams or give me some advice. Since I’m not familiar with this topic, I’m not able to specify exact requirements. I think the main questions at the moment are: 1. What do these components look like, and how should they be depicted in this pump cross-section diagram? 2. How are these three components installed, and how is that shown in the diagram? 3. How should the wires be led out from the motor? If there are any other points to note, I hope the experts here will kindly share their insights
What submersible pump? Install so many probes
It’s not that many, either. Nowadays, many companies equip their submersible pumps with these probes as standard; I mainly haven’t come into contact with this before, so I’m coming to the forum to ask for help{:2_41:}
