Why is the quick-shut oil pressure so high?
I remember the quick-shut oil pressure for our unit back then was also around this much!

The oil pressure is kept high. As for why it’s set at such a high level, our machines only operate at around 7 bar
Hangqi’s engines. What is the oil pressure at the main pump outlet? After ruling out faults with the pressure gauge, if it is confirmed that the oil pressure at the pump outlet is high, release and adjust the self-acting valve at the pump outlet to reduce the pressure there.
If your control oil pressure is already that high, the shut-off oil pressure will definitely be high as well! I see your secondary oil pressure design is set so low?
Check the technical documentation; if everything is normal, then it’s no problem. If not, there should be a pressure regulating valve in the oil circuit, and adjusting it should resolve the issue!

I’m not sure whether the Hangzhou Steam Turbines produced by your company are equipped with a built-in main oil pump or rely on an external pump for oil supply. First, check the requirements regarding the control oil pressure specified in the manual; during operation, the control oil pressure relief valve can be adjusted slowly, and it should not be adjusted too quickly
