How to put PLAN53B seals into use, and what are the precautions?
Before operation, check whether the pressure of the accumulator bladder meets the design requirements; during the initial filling and pressurization, exhaust air from the inlet, outlet, and return pipelines separately
The accumulator is first filled with nitrogen, and then the system is filled with a isolation fluid
1. Adjust the accumulator pressure according to the pressure in the sealing chamber (approximately 80%-85% of the sealing chamber pressure)； 2. The barrier fluid must not react with the medium ； 3. Drain the liquid when using the manual fluid replenishment pump to flush ； 4. The pressure should be applied appropriately – it cannot be too high nor too low ； 5. Check the sealing condition of each pipeline ； 6. Manually turn the vehicle over; if there are no abnormalities, start it again
