Issues with the Edward CDX1000 vacuum pump

Due to process fluctuations, the vacuum pump experienced severe liquid contamination for some time. It has now been observed that the vacuum level, which used to be -95, has dropped to around -30. By adding a flushing fluid at the inlet, a vacuum level of around -65 can be achieved; this level fluctuates frequently between -65 and -85. The current consumption is normal, there are no abnormal noises, and the gap between the cylinder and the rotor is within normal limits. Help is needed to determine the cause
