Three major technological breakthroughs have been achieved in key fluorine chemical projects. Recently, the 711th Research Institute of CSSC won a contract for a project related to high-performance silicon-fluorine new materials, and will supply four sets of fluoride compression units for this project. This project covers chemical sectors such as fluorine-containing new materials and polysilicon, as well as supporting projects for new energy. Once completed, it will leverage resources and technological advantages to help build a modern industrial system and accelerate the process of new-type industrialization. Key technological breakthroughs: Fluoride compressor units achieve multi-dimensional advancements through three innovative technologies – special alloy materials are developed to take into account the chemical properties of the compressing medium, the sealing systems are optimized to suit specific operating conditions, and the process flow is restructured based on the functional requirements of the equipment. Compared to traditional approaches, this solution reduces energy consumption for utility services by over 30%. While ensuring the safe operation of the equipment throughout its lifecycle, it also enhances system stability and effectively cuts down overall operational costs. As the core power equipment in the silicon-fluorine new material industry chain, the innovative application of this unit will significantly improve production efficiency metrics and foster the coordinated development of the regional fluorine chemical industry cluster. Leveraging its experience in delivering over a thousand compressors for petrochemical equipment, as well as its comprehensive technical capabilities spanning \"basic research – process development – intelligent operation and maintenance,\" Institute 711 continues to contribute expertise to areas such as the development of new energy materials and the production of high-purity chemicals, through innovations in green and low-carbon processes and its end-to-end service offerings. In the future, more investment will be made in the research and development of low-carbon technologies, with a view to establishing an integrated innovation platform that combines equipment research and development, system integration, and industrial collaboration, thereby contributing to the achievement of the \"dual carbon\" goals.
