The most common fault in energy regulation is ; Surface wear of the capacity control spool occurs, until it gets stuck in the spool hole and can no longer move back and forth; the causes of this fault are: 1. The gap between the capacity control spool and the spool hole is either too small or too large ; 2. The surface roughness coefficients of the capacity control valve and the spool hole are too high ; 3. The material of the capacity control valve is inappropriate. Improvement measures: 1. Select an appropriate fit clearance ; 2. Reduce the machining coefficient for surface roughness of parts ; 3. Increase the material hardness of the spool valve ; 4. Different materials are used for the casing and spool valve.
