Are there rotary blowers designed specifically for pressure increase? For example, one that can increase pressure by 1 Mpa?

Well, it indeed hasn’t been done. For stand-alone high-speed centrifugal fans, the pressure increase doesn’t reach 1 MPa either. It was originally intended to be used for pressurizing natural gas; it seems that screw compressors and reciprocating compressors will have to be used instead
Do you need a slide vane compressor? Are you looking for an oil-free machine?
It’s best to use oil-free versions; it seems that this option isn’t very suitable at the moment
