The Key Unit Remote Diagnosis (Phase II) platform was developed under the leadership of Tianjin Petrochemical; it uses domestic operating systems and databases, and all its applications and components have passed inspections, with their functions and performance meeting quality control requirements. Since its deployment in 10 refining and chemical enterprises such as Hainan Refining & Chemical and Luoyang Petrochemical, this platform has achieved an accuracy rate of 87.5% in issuing warnings; it sends these warnings to the relevant departments within the enterprises and has generated 22 fault diagnosis reports. This has helped to prevent multiple unplanned shutdowns, improved the efficiency of equipment inspection and maintenance, reduced downtime, and provided technical support for cost reduction and efficiency improvement, as well as for the centralized management of critical equipment.
