HG T20519-2009 “4.0.5 Technical specifications for finalizing the equipment 1 Compressor: If oil-free lubrication is used, it must be indicated.” Why is it stated in the equipment list that “if oil-free lubrication is used, it must be indicated” for the compressor?
My understanding is that it might be based on the following considerations: The oil-free lubrication system is chosen because lubricating oil or contaminants (in the case of air compressors) can cause safety accidents (in the case of oxygen compressors). Therefore, the designers indicate this so that users can make an informed decision when purchasing the equipment, and it cannot be maintained using conventional lubrication methods. That’s all~~~
