Question 1: If a manufacturer holds a special equipment manufacturing license (for pressure pipeline components) covering butterfly valves and control valves, is it allowed to produce only butterfly-type control valves? Question 2: If a manufacturer holds such a license covering butterfly valves and pneumatic control valves, is it not permitted to produce electric control valves of the butterfly type? Question 3: If a manufacturer holds a license covering butterfly valves only, is it not allowed to produce control valves in general?
