Is the backflow valve of the Roots vacuum pump making a lot of noise?

The air return valve of the Roots vacuum pump makes a very loud noise; it’s as loud as the sound produced by a single-cylinder engine. Who has encountered this situation? 1. Equipment status: Currently 85% of the designed processing capacity has been achieved. 2. Condition of the vacuum tower: Designed as a tray tower to produce diesel as one of its outputs. 3. The circulating water temperature should be between 20 and 26.
It seems that similar pumps all make quite a lot of noise, and noise reduction measures are generally required!
Some Roots blowers do produce less noise, but their cost is likely to be high as well.
