The exhaust temperature of the turbine is high. When the temperature of the water in the surface cooler cycle is 33°C, the exhaust steam temperature can reach as high as 71°C. How should it be handled?
There are many factors that affect the exhaust temperature of a steam turbine. First, could you tell me the pressure of the surface cooler in your facility? If the pressure is too high, it will also result in a high exhaust temperature.
One is to inspect the condenser, and the other is to inspect the inter-stage seals of the turbine.
