How long after installation should a newly installed compressor be serviced? What are the items that need to be inspected? How to prepare a maintenance plan? I’m seeking help from experts.
The manufacturer will provide suggestions for maintenance; those from the same industry have limited relevance as a reference. The main maintenance items are the air valves and pistons, while the inspection of rotating components is carried out as appropriate depending on the load. It is best to establish a maintenance plan after having accumulated experience in maintenance work; otherwise, its feasibility will be very low and it will not be very useful
On our end, the unit is tested by the manufacturer first, then disassembled and transported to the site. I had no money to pay, so I installed it myself. So many things are not complete
