The motor cannot start properly

I would like to ask everyone: have you ever encountered a situation where a high-voltage motor operates normally during no-load testing, but fails to start properly when used with a pump – the current level is too high and there is a lot of noise inside the motor? How to handle it?
What problems can occur when a motor runs idle? Problems can only be seen under load!
The causes need to be sought in terms of processes and machinery. For example, check whether there is any sticking when manually turning the crankshaft, if there are any unusual sensations during rotation, and what the load is – is it a compressor? Pump? Machine tool? And others?
There must be something wrong with the pump; try turning it by hand – it seems the pump is having an issue and is overloaded.
How’s the vibration? Is the pump tight after it’s connected? ?
In such cases, it is recommended to check the condition of the loaded equipment in order to avoid issues such as excessive load and mechanical jamming; until these problems are resolved, the high-voltage motor should not be started repeatedly.
