Compressor vibration

I would like to ask the experts: The Cooper compressor trips due to high three-stage vibration interlock. The manufacturer’s staff came to replace the third-stage rotor assembly as well as the bearing shells for stages one, two, and three. After driving, the vibration still exhibits periodic fluctuations. Since emergency repairs were carried out without performing dynamic balancing on the first and second stages of the rotors, rotor spectrum analysis revealed imbalances in the first and second stage impellers. I would like to ask if there could be any impact between the rotors.
Was the impeller and flow channels cleaned taking this opportunity? ~~
Was there any explanation given for the manufacturer’s request to replace the third-stage rotor and bearings? There are many reasons for vibration, and these reasons should be analyzed in order to develop reliable solutions; otherwise, it will result in treating symptoms rather than addressing the root causes.
It doesn’t seem to be related to the machine itself; check the motor and coupling
If dynamic balancing is not performed, vibration will increase, affecting the operation of the unit; in severe cases, this can lead to bearing damage.
