Upper bearing shell of sliding bearing

I’m not quite sure – there are requirements for clearance at the top and on the sides of the upper tile. Once those two areas are connected, won’t the upper tile and the shaft stop making contact? This contradicts the requirement for a contact angle between the bearing shell and the shaft. How should this be understood?
There’s also a lower bearing; the contact angle refers to the shaft and the lower bearing.
There are no requirements for the upper tile, right? Don’t the upper tile and the shaft make contact?
The upper bearing shells also need to be ground and lapped; there are requirements for the contact points, the compression force of the bearing shells, as well as the top and side clearances. You can take a look at SH/T3538
