It can be connected to the workshop’s DCS control system, allowing the workshop to monitor the equipment’s operating status as well as control its start and stop. It has been put into use in the production of the pesticide active ingredient thiacloprid, replacing the manual addition of oxadiazine and ultra-fine potassium carbonate to the reaction vessel. The equipment enables the sealed transportation of materials through pipelines over a distance of 40 meters horizontally and 15 meters vertically.
