When using motor foot pads with jackscrews on the base of a high-voltage motor, the size of the pad should be similar to the contact surface between the foot and the base, and should not be too small. If a whole piece of gasket is used, it will not fit in because of the jackscrew. It should be cut into three pieces, as shown in the picture, and placed on one side of the motor's anchor screws, between the anchor screws and the motor's height jackscrew, and on one side of the motor's height jackscrew.
