Dear sea friends, I have a boiler ash conveyor here, which features a double-spiral structure. The rotor blade had been removed and welded for repair twice before, resulting in slight deformation in the shaft head area. Currently, more blade tips have fallen off, but there are no plans for a long-term shutdown. It was originally planned to carry out welding after cooling down, but there was concern that this might cause further damage to the shaft ends and exacerbate damage to components such as bearings. I’d like to ask everyone: are there any better ways to handle this?
