(1) Control the pressure of the heating pipe. The pressure of the low-pressure heating pipe must be strictly controlled ; (2) Control the voltage rise rate. When heating the pipes to increase pressure, the rate of pressure increase must be strictly controlled ; (3) The valve closes tightly. The main steam valve must be closed tightly, and the temperature difference across the cylinder walls should be monitored and checked regularly to prevent steam from leaking into the cylinder. (The anti-corrosion valve behind the electric main steam valve) The regulating valve and the drain valve in front of the automatic main steam valve should be opened ; (4) Engage continuous barring. To ensure safety, continuous turning of the pipe should be carried out during heating ; (5) Check that the system is working properly. Throughout the pipe heating process, it is necessary to continuously check for any leaks of water or steam in the pipes and valves, as well as to verify that there are no abnormalities with the pipe expansion compensators, supports, hangers, and other accessories.
Before putting it into use, it is necessary to check and ensure that all the drain lines along the route are unobstructed; this can be done by using a wire to probe them. Many problems with steam supply occur because these drain lines are blocked, preventing proper drainage and leading to severe water hammer effects. This is the most important point to consider.
Before putting it into use, all the relevant valves should be opened. Be careful that iron shavings or other foreign objects flowing inside may block the valves. Start by opening them to a low degree – avoid too high a flow rate – and gradually increase the opening as the temperature of the pipeline stabilizes.
First, turn on the reverse flow valve of the pipeline, remove the blind flange from the pipeline used for heating, and open all the valves to ensure smooth flow in the pipeline. Then, slowly open the steam valve to gradually raise the temperature of the pipeline.
I’m most afraid of water hammer phenomenon, as it causes severe vibrations in the pipes
Don’t rush; warm the pipe slowly!

Control the rate of pressure and temperature increase in the heating pipes, enhance water drainage to prevent water hammer, and verify that the main steam valve and control valves are closed to avoid start-up due to air leakage
There should be a sequence to raising the temperature and the pressure, right?
