Pressure-bearing rubber ring inside the pressure chamber

When testing the piston rod under pressure during installation, oil leakage started to occur when the pressure reached around 60 kilograms. No obvious damage was seen on the sealing ring; since there is no new sealing ring available, could anyone suggest a good solution? Inner diameter 98.5, outer diameter 130
1 If there are no visible defects on the pressure-resistant rubber ring, then check its material and tolerances, as well as the surface quality of the piston rod and the packing box; also examine the degree to which the pressure-resistant rubber ring is compressed. 2 Adjust the dimensions of relevant components and increase the installation load within an acceptable range for increased frictional force on the valve stem
Has anyone encountered a situation where pressure couldn’t be applied during demolition? How did you guys handle it? Let’s exchange ideas
