Our factory installed a Nanyang Wolong explosion-proof motor last November. At the time of installation and operation, the vibration level at the non-driving bearing end was 0.9 mm/s; gradually this value increased to 2.7 mm/s now. Maintenance is carried out on schedule and in accordance with the required procedures. What causes this?
Conduct shaft alignment checks, replace bearings, and check whether the foundation connection bolts, shims, and secondary grouting are secure. It’s likely another piece without a base, with the motor simply placed on shims. For reference.

Check the motor alignment, whether there are any loose parts during installation, how long it has been in operation, what the operating conditions are, and whether dust has accumulated on the motor rotor! Vibration values don’t reflect a fundamental issue very well; it is recommended to consider things from multiple perspectives.
