The day before yesterday, I was looking for a pump. The bottom opening needed to be removed to align the pump, but there was no pad on the bottom seat. I could only use the pump pad and fix the pump before looking for the motor. This was very troublesome. If the pump does not have high requirements for leveling, can the alignment be achieved by just padding one foot of the pump and one foot of the motor? The actual situation is probably that the axial opening X and radial height Y can be measured by a dial indicator like the one shown below. The foot lengths a and b and the coupling diameter c can all be measured on site. How should the formulas for the solutions of Z1 and Z2 be listed without drawing diagrams? Now I'm stuck on how to divide Ask God for answers.
I found that the vertical line of the baseline after centering is the proportion that the opening should have. The red line in the picture divides Ask God
The red vertical line divides X into X1 (left end) and X2 (right end). After a morning of repeated deliberation, I now know that when Y=0, But the situation becomes complicated when Y is not equal to 0.
