This is a meshing picture taken from the exit. Please point out which point is the smallest meshing point. I can't find which point is the smallest meshing point. I read that there are catch-up gaps and non-catch-up gaps, as well as forward and backward surfaces, and I'm all confused.
To adjust the meshing clearance between the male and female rotors of the screw compressor, the main purpose is to adjust the relative position of the female rotor synchronous gears.
The actual operation to find the minimum meshing point is very fuzzy. Just use a feeler gauge and then disc the rotor to control the minimum passing size of the feeler gauge.
