Low oil pressure in the high-speed fan; issues with the filter, check valve, and auxiliary oil pump need to be resolved
Check for internal leakage in the check valve (auxiliary oil pump), excessive bearing clearance, adjustment of the pressure reducing valve on the oil pump itself, and adjustment of the bypass valve. It would be best to include a schematic diagram or images of the oil station and main equipment on site.
