1. It is usually a fault caused by an incorrect installation location of the electromagnetic flow meter; commonly, the sensor is installed at the highest point of the pipeline where gases tend to accumulate, which may lead to evacuation issues; The fluid is discharged directly into the atmosphere, resulting in an underfilled condition within the measuring tube. 2. Fault troubleshooting during the commissioning period: Faults usually occur during the installation and commissioning of instruments; once they are resolved, they generally do not reappear under the same conditions in the future. 3. In terms of the environment, the main issues are usually stray current interference from pipelines, strong electromagnetic wave interference in the surrounding area, and magnetic field interference from large motors. For interference caused by stray currents in pipelines, satisfactory results can generally be achieved by employing proper separate grounding protection; interference from spatial electromagnetic waves usually enters through signal cables, and protection is typically provided through single-layer or multi-layer shielding. 4. In terms of fluids, the liquid being measured generally does not affect the normal operation of electromagnetic flowmeters. However, as the bubbles grow larger, when they become large enough to cover the entire electrode surface, their passage over the electrodes can cause an instantaneous interruption in the electrode circuit, resulting in greater fluctuations in the output signal.
