What’s the issue with being unable to remove the driven gear of this Roots blower?

The jack used for heating isn’t able to get it out, and it’s a conical surface~~~~~~ I’ve tried several times, fearing that using too much force might cause problems :( The one next to it came out easily. Is there any experienced person who can suggest a method? Do I need to remove the gear ring and the gear seat?
If there is a quality issue, it will be sent back to the factory for handling!
Judging from the diagram, it seems necessary to use a copper rod to strike the gear in the opposite direction; otherwise, it will get tighter and tighter. Remove the jack; it’s better to use a tire ram, as this ensures even distribution of force – worth giving it a try.
Heat the gear and spray a loosening agent; check whether the two screws apply even force. If it still cannot be removed, could it be that the gear is stuck to the shaft?
It’s difficult to remove it without removing the external gear heating element; its structure is different from that of the drive shaft. It is recommended to first remove the bolts that hold the external gear sleeve in place, use a jack to loosen it, and then apply force using your pulling tool; after that, heat the inner sleeve, and that should do it.
