Our company has a water-sealed slag discharge machine, equipped with imported reducers, hydraulic couplings, and motors. Reducer speed ratio: 7000:1; original brand and model: Hans Meier AG BREVINI-Planetary gear set with offset, MAKE EC 5400 FS/00 ; Hydraulic coupling: VOITH-TURBO COUPLING, Voith Turbo Coupling ; Motor power: 1.1KW ; Speed: 1450 rpm. The motor has forward and reverse rotation capabilities, and it is possible to switch between high and low speed modes; the speed of the drive shaft can be set at two levels: approximately 0.2 r/min and 0.4 r/min. Advantages: The entire reducer setup enables low-power operation; a 1.1KW motor is sufficient to move dozens of tons of slag within the tank ; 2.3 Protection levels: motor overcurrent protection, fluid coupling fuse protection, and reducer tensioning disc torque overload protection ; 3. The motor enables forward and reverse operation; it can run in reverse when clogging occurs, and operates at two forward speed levels. The equipment has been in operation for over 10 years now, and both the hydraulic couplings and reducers have developed defects. Upon inquiry, it was learned that the original German company no longer produces this type of reducer. Domestic reducers have relatively low speed ratios; to achieve a high speed ratio, multiple reducers are required, which results in a significantly larger size. I’m seeking recommendations from friends for a reducer and a hydraulic coupler that meet the requirements for use on-site. Attached are some pictures:
It’s better to buy the original one; there must be updated models available
