What is the difference between on-site dynamic balancing and dynamic balancing on a balancing machine? Many customers call us for consultation. When our company, Kunshan Litai Testing Instrument Co., Ltd., uses a portable dynamic balancing instrument to provide on-site dynamic balancing services to customers, we need the customer's on-site equipment to be able to drive and perform dynamic balancing under the operating conditions of the equipment, so it is called on-site dynamic balancing. 1. The on-site dynamic balancing instrument measures when the equipment is running. To perform dynamic balancing on the dynamic balancing machine, the rotor needs to be removed and then installed after the dynamic balancing is completed. Therefore, on-site dynamic balancing is more accurate than dynamic balancing and mechanical balancing. Because the dynamic balancing speed of the dynamic balancing machine is generally around 3,000 rpm (for small motor rotors, large rotors can only do 600-800 rpm), for some high-speed equipment, the error will increase as the speed increases, but on-site dynamic balancing will not have such problems. 2. On-site dynamic balancing can save time and labor costs in dismantling equipment. As equipment downtime is reduced, production efficiency will increase accordingly. 3. It is very inconvenient to disassemble some equipment. It is better to use the CXBalancer portable dynamic balancing instrument, which is more convenient and quick to use. Mainly used in pumps, stranding machines, motor spindles, fans, machine tools, gear boxes, cooling water towers, etc.
