A weighing and metering device for slow feeding should be installed on top of the reactor, in order to add solid materials such as baking soda into the reactor slowly. It is also necessary to monitor the pH level inside the reactor in real time. How should this system be designed? The silo is difficult to install due to limited space ； Weighing is difficult to install due to vibrations ； How are materials fed into the bin? How is the material in the silo fed into the reactor?
Have you considered vacuum feeding?
Adding liquid baking soda doesn’t it make it easier to control the pH inside the tank? Are there any special requirements? Must it be in solid form?
