One is the control column for the pump, and the other is the control column for the oil pumping station, right?
It can’t be the control panel for the oil pump station, because the one on the left has only switches for switching functions, no start/stop buttons. I think it’s the electric heating switch for the motor coil and the control panel for the pump; asking the operator should give you an answer
The one on the right must be the pump; the full view isn’t visible. The one on the left is either a heater, or a wind turbine located behind a large motor
