Upon checking the oil system of one compressor, it was found that the control oil for that compressor was led out in front of the oil cooler to the control oil system. And the control oil for compressors that I have seen is drawn from behind the oil cooler, after being cooled down, and then supplied to the control oil system. May I ask if there are any requirements regarding oil temperature for the compressor control oil? Why must this compressor control oil be led out in front of the oil cooler? Please ask an expert for guidance!
What type of compressor? There is little control oil in reciprocating machines, screw compressors, and centrifugal oil stations. Could it be the slide valve oil station of the screw compressor? The requirements regarding oil temperature depend on what is being controlled; generally, oil pressure serves as the signal, while oil temperature has little impact.
