After switching to a new hydrogen machine, the primary load of one Härbiger unit dropped to 0, resulting in a sudden increase in the pressure at the secondary inlet! At that time, the secondary load was already automatically reducing its load while the primary load was being manually reduced. Once the primary load dropped to 0, the pressure at the secondary inlet surged to 4.4 MPa, causing the safety valve to activate. As soon as the pressure increased again, the value for stage 1 was raised from 2.5 to 60. Meanwhile, the secondary load also increased automatically from around 65 to 100. Could someone help me analyze what might be the cause of this? My guess is there’s a problem with the secondary valve disc, causing pressure to back up!
If the secondary intake pressure suddenly rises to the safety valve pressure, and there is no high-pressure return line to the secondary inlet, it is most likely that there is a fault with the secondary valve
