Is it new or old? Check to see if there are any leaks at the connection points.

There are many possible reasons. 1. The valve spring leaf is broken; the rotation of this leaf leads to irregular variations in the valve leakage rate, resulting in unstable exhaust flow. 2. The oil system was not adequately purged and degassed when the unit was put into operation for the first time or after maintenance. Especially in the high-pressure compensation oil circuit, it becomes very difficult to expel air once it gets inside. It is necessary to disconnect the oil circuit and perform crankshaft rotation for exhaust; this may take several hours. 3. The diaphragm ruptures, creating a variable clearance volume between the diaphragm groups; this results in varying working capacity of the diaphragm head, as well as a decrease in its overall working capacity. The traffic performance is unstable and low. 4. Oil pressure regulator failure.
