Regarding plate and frame filter presses

Our company’s plate and frame filter presses use two units in stage one to filter the raw materials. Nothing can get through at all. The two secondary filters can manage to filter it through, but either they get clogged after one or two days, or they remain unobstructed for months; when checked, it turns out that the filter cloth of the filter press has completely deteriorated. What’s going on?

The first stage of filtration doesn’t remove anything because its precision is too low; the second stage gets clogged quickly for the same reason – there is no gradient in precision. As for the filter cloth being damaged, it depends on whether the material of the filter cloth can withstand the corrosion caused by the filtering medium
