Modification of the temperature sensing probe circuit for Shenyu compressors

I have a Shengyu compressor from 2006 that is experiencing a problem with the temperature sensing probe becoming disconnected during operation. Are there any experienced users who have managed to resolve this issue? Please share your experiences.

We encountered this issue during previous testing as well; just fixing it with a small clip in the vicinity solves the problem.
Bend the serpentine tube of the temperature element toward it and bring them together, then wrap them with tape. That’s it. . . . . .
Our unit’s equipment has also encountered the same problem. What we did was to widen and deepen the wiring grooves on the split surfaces of the tile shells, and at the same time rounded off the sharp edges of those shells to prevent the temperature sensing cables from being crushed or cut； In addition, install sufficient clamps on the shell and bearing housing to prevent the cables from shifting ； Finally, attention must also be paid to the assembly quality; the fitters and instrument technicians need to work together, and after the tiles are secured, they should verify everything together. This issue has now been resolved.

This post was last edited by Lantian on 2017-8-23 08:50. It’s an old problem with Shen Gu’s machines – they haven’t improved over the decades. Check to see where the temperature sensor wire is broken, sharpen the edges of the nearby metal components, and then use clamps to prevent loosening and friction. Shenmu is the leader in China, but internationally it’s complete trash – not just poor quality products, but also people who are unambitious and unwilling to improve themselves.
When you come across Shenggu’s machines, just prepare to curse! Only the one who did it knows. Really unambitious – all they care about is being big!
