I have a question: Do all the foundation bolts for a pump require pre-drilled holes? Once the equipment arrives at the site, the foundation bolts are installed and leveled, followed by grouting – this is referred to as the first grouting. Grouting is performed again after that, and this is called the second grouting. Is my understanding correct? Additionally, it is possible to install the fixing bolts directly; once the equipment arrives, it can be positioned right away, then leveled, and secondary grouting can be carried out. Is such a method available?

These drawings are based on the dimension charts provided by the equipment manufacturer; during civil engineering and structural construction, the foundation bolts are installed according to these dimensions, with a reference surface being left in place. Once the equipment arrives, it is mounted directly onto these foundation bolts – the dimensions are usually appropriate in such cases. After that, alignment is carried out, and the grouting that takes place after alignment is known as secondary grouting
