Hi Haiyou, I’ve been hearing lately that certain reciprocating compressors are considered high-speed types. However, Baidu doesn’t provide a clear definition of what constitutes a high-speed compressor. Does anyone know anything about this? What speed is considered high?
Where is the best place to learn about tracing things back to their origins?:) I also want to expand my knowledge.
There seems to be no specific definition for this. Our factory classifies machines based on their rotation speed: those with a speed of over 1,000 revolutions per minute are considered high-speed machines, while those with a lower speed are classified as low-speed machines. The diaphragm compressors we produce generally operate at a speed of 330 to 450 revolutions per minute, which falls within the category of low-speed machines
